  18. The hangup command will occasionally fail to function when a script 
  19. temninates abnormally.  When I use CTRL/C to termintate the script, and 
  20. then go back into Kermit to use the hangup command, the modem will 
  21. sometimes stay connected through any number of hangup commands.  Once 
  22. this situation occurs, even piping an ATH to com2 in DOS will not work, 
  23. whereas it usually does.  The only way I've been able to disconnect the 
  24. modem in this situation is to go into Windows and hangup using Terminal.
